Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNText marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why information is collected, how it is used, and how it is handled. Website analytics and activity through international routes are handled separately; site analytics do not track browsing activity on those routes.

Account and Order Information

VPNText does not require an email address. A username and password are enough to create an account. Email is not a required part of the registration process. Account information is used to verify identity, provide subscriptions, and maintain account status. Passwords are authentication credentials; do not include them in support tickets or troubleshooting screenshots.

Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, and transaction identifiers returned by the payment channel. They are used to verify payments, activate services, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage and subscription status are used for billing and service delivery, not to infer browsing activity.

When users submit a support ticket, VPNText processes its text and any screenshots or diagnostic information they choose to attach to help identify the issue. Please conceal passwords, complete subscription links, and payment account details first, and submit only information relevant to the issue.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNText follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or create browsing histories linked to accounts.

Connection logs are not kept as a persistent history of user activity. Temporary session state needed to maintain a current connection is used only to process that connection and is not retained as historical logs after it ends. Account usage is a billing summary handled separately from destinations and webpage content.

Troubleshooting is based on the issue description users provide and diagnostic materials with necessary information concealed. An anonymous no-logs policy does not mean account, order, or support ticket information does not exist, nor does it change how third-party websites handle data.

Site Analytics and Storage

The marketing website may process page visits, referral sources, device and browser types, and button clicks to assess site functionality, improve content, and identify unusual activity. Analytics are limited to interactions with this website and do not include records of visits to other websites through subscription services.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials need to remain in the browser so the user panel can recognize the current session. Avoid keeping your session active on a shared device.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. You may need to log in again or reselect your preferences afterward; restricting essential storage may also affect panel functionality. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account.

Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing

VPNText supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider or network, and VPNText verifies orders against transaction results. Each payment provider applies its own rules to the information it receives. Please review the applicable information before making a payment.

Relevant parties may receive necessary information to complete transactions, respond to user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. The information shared should match the specific purpose; activity through international routes is not provided as transaction data. How external websites handle information is outside the scope of this policy.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for billing checks, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and site analytics are kept only as long as needed for their respective purposes. When a purpose has been fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention, information is deleted or de-identified. No single fixed retention period is promised.

To access, correct, or delete account-related information, sign in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. Your identity may need to be verified before we process the request. Deleting an account may affect subscription use. Transaction records that must be retained by law are not deleted along with the account; any such limitation will be explained during processing.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

When information-handling practices change, VPNText will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Significant changes affecting processing purposes or user rights will be explained through a site announcement or user panel notice. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be handled accordingly.

For privacy questions, visit the contact page to find service options, or submit a ticket through the user panel. See the Terms of Service for rules on using the service.
