Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to VPNText international route subscriptions and the related user panel. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the details of your selected plan. If you have questions about the rules, contact us through a user panel ticket before deciding whether to use the service.

Service and Scope

VPNText provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Coverage includes 100+ countries / 170+ routes. Available regions, route types, and client access points are as shown in the user panel and client at the time of use.

A subscription provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content licenses, or permissions to use third-party websites. Access to a target service remains subject to its regional, account, and content rules. Route listings may change due to maintenance, resource adjustments, or external network conditions. Coverage does not mean every route will be available at all times.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. You may not publish them publicly, resell or transfer your account, or share your subscription with others. Subscription links provide access credentials. If you suspect a link has been exposed, stop sharing it and take action through the user panel or submit a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This rule applies to the account holder’s own devices and does not authorize distributing the service to others. You may not use the device allowance to resell access, set up a shared gateway, or provide paid connections to others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See plan pricing for prices and data allowances. Check the plan type and billing details before payment. Subscription links and clients are available through the user panel.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for checking the laws and regulations in your location and any regions involved in your use of the service, and for ensuring that your use has a lawful purpose and any required authorization. You may not use the service for illegal activities, including fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, unlawfully obtaining data, or violating another person’s privacy.

You may not attack network infrastructure, send spam, distribute malicious software, misuse another person’s credentials, or use automated means to disrupt other users or third-party services. Check with the relevant platform about access eligibility, account permissions, and content licenses. Establishing a network connection does not grant any of these rights.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, target platform policies, and route maintenance. VPNText does not guarantee a specific speed, a fixed exit address, or continuous access to any third-party service, and route type alone cannot verify performance in your actual usage environment.

If you encounter a problem, first follow the troubleshooting guide and keep any relevant error messages. Notices about scheduled maintenance or known issues are posted on the site or in the user panel. VPNText cannot decide or restore matters involving third-party content changes, account actions, or external network outages. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Suspension and Account Termination

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, credential misuse, malicious attacks, or interference with service operations, VPNText may suspend access or terminate account use based on the risk involved. In an urgent security situation, restrictions may be applied first, with details provided through the user panel afterward.

If you disagree with an action, submit your account identifier, the time of the incident, and relevant error messages through a user panel ticket and request a review. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. Normal data exhaustion, subscription expiration, and termination for a rule violation are assessed separately; a failed connection alone does not establish a violation.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

Updates to these terms will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated month. Important changes affecting service use will be announced on the site or in the user panel. The applicable scope and effective date of a change will follow the relevant notice; an unannounced page edit does not replace an explicit transaction agreement.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the separate Refund Policy for how to apply and details of the process.
