Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund scope, request process, and payment handling for VPNText subscriptions. Submit requests through a ticket in the user panel, where you can also review the order and processing results. You do not need to complete troubleshooting or provide a reason for dissatisfaction before requesting a refund.
Refund Window and Eligibility
The refund window is based on the payment record for your first paid order. Submit your request within 30 days of that payment. A request submitted within the window remains eligible even if review continues after the window ends. If additional information is needed, reply in the original ticket to preserve the initial submission record.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, but the fact that data packages never expire does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely. Renewals, additional data packages, or mid-cycle upgrades do not automatically restart the initial payment window. For related orders, list each order you want refunded so support can review them individually and avoid omissions or duplicate processing.
Usage Records and Exceptional Cases
Connecting normally, testing routes, or using plan data does not by itself remove eligibility for a no-reason refund within the window. This policy sets no data usage percentage or deduction for used data, and does not reduce the full refund commitment based on an unpublished condition such as “excessive use.” Monthly subscriptions reset each month on the activation date; data packages remain available until used and never expire. These are billing rules, not additional refund requirements.
Requests made after the refund window are outside the no-reason refund coverage in this policy. Unpaid, closed, or already refunded orders cannot be refunded again. Orders involving use beyond plan limits, duplicate refund requests, or suspected violations of the Terms of Service require a review of the order and related records. An unusual account status does not automatically mean a refund will be denied. If there is a dispute, the applicable terms and review findings should be explained in the ticket rather than replaced with a general violation label.
How to Request a Refund
- Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket page, clearly state that you are requesting a refund, and list the relevant order.
- Provide the order number, payment method, payment date and time, and amount paid. If the order is not marked as paid, you may attach a screenshot of the payment record to help verify the transaction.
- Check for replies in the original ticket, provide any requested order or transaction details, and confirm the refund result.
Cover personal information in screenshots that is unrelated to verifying the transaction. Do not submit account passwords, subscription links, sensitive keys from payment credentials, or full account asset pages. An email address is not required as a condition for refund contact. If you cannot sign in, first review the service access information on the Contact page. Do not send payment information to channels whose identity cannot be verified.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
VPNText supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are generally refunded to the original payment account through the original payment channel. The available route depends on the transaction and the payment channel’s processing result. If the original channel cannot issue the refund, explain why in the ticket and confirm an alternative method. Refunds are not automatically converted to account balance, and no extra payment is required to initiate one.
USDT refunds are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay, and should not be assumed to return directly to the original sending address. Before processing, the transaction record, receiving network, and address must be verified. If network fees or the amount need to be confirmed, explain this in the ticket and obtain confirmation first; no fee deduction rule is specified here. Do not request a transfer based only on an address shown in a screenshot, as a network mismatch or unclear address ownership could result in a loss.
Checking Refund Status and Resolving Disputes
Submitting a request, verifying an order, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment channel processing or on-chain confirmation; this policy does not guarantee a fixed arrival time. After receiving a refund initiation notice, also check the original payment account records rather than relying only on the order status in the user panel.
If you still cannot find the funds, reply in the original ticket with the order number, refund notice, and transaction records that can be verified, and ask which processing step is underway. The service status for a refunded order is shown in the panel. If you disagree with the amount, order scope, or processing decision, request a review in the same ticket and keep the full conversation record.
