Choose a Route for Your Use Case

Start with what you need to access, then consider the route region. Check connection status, platform response, and billing rules separately.

Choosing a Route During Peak Hours

During peak hours, compare route types first

Slow-loading pages don’t necessarily mean you picked the wrong exit region. During peak hours, your local network, connection path, and the destination site can all affect performance. VPNText lists IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes in its route details, making it easier to compare different paths within the same region. When choosing a route, open a site you use regularly and check whether it loads consistently, then test how images, files, and videos respond. The same region can have different paths, so route type is often more informative than region alone.

If you run into slowdowns, keep the current use case and switch only the route type. Changing several settings at once makes it harder to identify the cause. A successful connection doesn’t guarantee that the destination service is responding normally, so check the app you’re actually using. If the issue persists after switching routes, check your local network and use the troubleshooting guide to describe what you’re seeing.

Privacy & Security: Anonymous Service, No Logs

VPNText’s privacy commitment is an anonymous service with no logs. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your credentials and subscription details secure. Subscription links grant access to routes through your account, so don’t post them in public forums or include them in screenshots when asking for help. The network connection service and destination websites have separate account systems; when visiting a site, review its own privacy rules. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled. This privacy commitment should not be taken as an absolute guarantee covering every online activity.

Multiple Devices & AI Tools

Unlimited devices, configure each connection separately

Use your work computer for research and your mobile devices for messages, without repeatedly disconnecting to stay within a device limit. VPNText allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Find client downloads for each platform in the user panel; subscription details are available after signing in. You can use your account on different devices, but installation, subscription import, and route selection must be completed on each one. A connection on one device doesn’t mean the others are set up.

For your first setup, connect a frequently used device and verify that websites load before setting up your other devices. Keep a working configuration for comparison if you need to troubleshoot later. Unlimited devices describes the simultaneous connection policy; setup screens may vary by platform. Follow the getting started guide for platform-specific steps.

AI Tools: Choose an Exit Region for Your Service

When using ChatGPT or AI image-generation tools, check separately whether the page loads, you can sign in, and your request can be submitted. VPNText provides international routes, while each tool’s regional policies, account permissions, and eligibility are set by its platform. Choose a region that meets the service’s requirements, keep your exit region consistent where possible, and then test chat, image uploads, or file downloads. If regular websites work but a particular tool returns an error, note the error and check the tool’s account and regional requirements first. The connection icon alone can’t identify the cause.

Choosing a Streaming Region

For streaming, check region and playback separately

A streaming home page loading doesn’t mean your account can access the library you want, or that playback has been tested. For Netflix and other platforms, first decide which region you need, select the corresponding exit in the client, then open a specific title and test playback. VPNText offers international routes in different regions, but whether a platform accepts a given exit, what titles are available, and whether your account is eligible are all determined by the streaming service at the time. Availability of all content is not guaranteed.

If playback buffers, pause other network-heavy tasks and check that your local connection is stable, then compare other routes in the same region. After changing regions, an app may retain an earlier session state; reopen it and test again. The streaming guide explains how to choose a region and distinguish network loading issues from platform content restrictions.

Evaluate the Service: 30-Day Refund Policy

VPNText offers a 30-day refund policy, so you can evaluate a plan based on actual use. After activation, test the connection with your usual devices and real-world tasks rather than relying only on the client’s connected status. Research during the day and streaming in the evening may produce different results, so check each use case separately. Review the billing terms for monthly plans and non-expiring data packs before choosing. To request a refund, submit a ticket from the user panel; eligibility and processing are subject to the Refund Policy. The refund policy provides after-sales guidance and does not determine whether a destination service will allow access.

International Route Preview

100+ countries / 170+ routes. The examples below show regions and route types; the client list shows what’s currently available.

When choosing a region, first check whether the destination site has specific regional requirements, then compare available routes. For everyday browsing, start with a region you use often; for a specific service or content, follow the platform’s guidance on exit regions. IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct describe connection paths, not a universal ranking for every network. Performance on the same route can also vary across local networks and times of day, so judge it by how well it handles your actual task.

The table excludes unverified city listings and platform compatibility claims. Route names can help narrow your options, but check specific cities, available types, and streaming access in the client and on the destination platform. If one app doesn’t work while other sites load, consult the troubleshooting guide before assuming the entire subscription is unavailable.

Client and Subscription Access

Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel. Sign in to the panel to access your subscription.

Create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. In the user panel, open the download section for your device and follow the getting started guide to configure the client. For non-iOS clients, sign in to access your subscription; iOS availability depends on your account status in the user panel. Marketing pages don’t provide direct installer downloads or display personal subscription links, keeping account access separate from general product information.

Installing a client is only the first step. After importing your subscription, update the list, choose a route, and test website access. If you already have a client, get your subscription from your own user panel; don’t copy someone else’s configuration or links from support screenshots. If you’re unsure which option to choose, read the getting started guide first. For import or update failures, or websites behaving unexpectedly after connecting, follow the relevant steps in the troubleshooting guide.

Monthly Plans and Non-Expiring Data Packs

Choose based on how often you use the service and how much data you need, not the number of devices.

Monthly plans suit people who regularly use international websites, AI tools, or streaming services. Data allowances reset monthly on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Think about your usual browsing habits before choosing: text-based research uses data differently from extended video playback, and image uploads and file syncing add to consumption. We don’t convert usage time into a fixed data estimate because file sizes and app behavior affect actual use.

For lighter use, consider the 60GB plan; for regular tasks, compare the 250GB plan; for frequent video streaming or file transfers, consider the 500GB plan. These are guidelines, not a guarantee that a given allowance will suit everyone. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; complete the process in the user panel. All plans allow unlimited devices, so choose the data allowance that fits rather than looking for a separate multi-device plan.
